Renter agrees to pay a 50 percent, nonrefundable deposit of at the time of booking in order to reserve the desired date. The balance of is due no less than 45 days prior to the date of the event. Deposits will not be refunded for any reason, but Renter may request to move the event to a later date without penalty, provided the date is open, and the balance can be paid within 45 days of the new date.
Renter is responsible for tear-down and cleanup after the event unless prior arrangements are made for Event Center staff to provide cleaning services:
A cleaning deposit of $500 must be paid no less than 45 days prior to the event. If Event Center staff is required to provide cleanup, the fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If Renter returns the property in its original condition, the $500 deposit will be refunded. Any cleaning, trash removal, or repair of damage to the property will be deducted from the cleaning deposit. Renter will be charged for any damage that exceeds $500.
The following violations will result in a reduced cleaning deposit refund:
Smoking is allowed on property. Please ask your smoking guests to be considerate of non-smokers. Ensure all cigarette butts and spit cups are removed with the trash.
The Event Center does not provide alcohol, but Renter is allowed to serve drinks, provided Renter can present a certificate of Event Host Liquor Liability Insurance. Bottles may only be handled by a bartender. Guests may not carry bottles on the premises.
The Event Center does not provide catering, but we encourage you to hire your own caterer.
Your 50 percent reservation fee is not refundable under any circumstances. All other fees may be refunded, provided your cancellation is made 45 or more days prior to your event.
Event Center will apply deposits and other monies paid to date changes (postponements), provided the request is made in writing no less than 45 days prior to the original reservation.
Event Center shall not be held responsible for inclement weather, emergencies, power outages, equipment failure, or other catastrophes that occur prior to or during the event.
Event Center reserves the right to change any policy or procedure at any time, or to refuse service to anyone at the sole discretion of the owner.
Renter's guests are welcome to park in the gravel parking lot on the west side of the property.
Rental of Event Center includes the pavilion, gazebo, two public restrooms, a deluxe suite for the bridal party, and a smaller bunkhouse for the groomsmen for the reserved date and time. Renter may request the following additional amenities:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renter and Renter's guests hereby waive, release, discharge, and hold harmless The Lone Star Pavilion, Marler & Associates, LLC, Swingin' D Horse Rescue, Danny Elliott, Tami Marler and all their heirs, board members, volunteers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, attorneys, or affiliates from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action of any kind, known or unknown, whether already accrued or that may accrue in the future, arising from this Agreement.
Governing Law & Venue: This Release is governed by Oklahoma law. Exclusive venue lies in Wagoner County, Oklahoma state courts, or the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: This Release constitutes the complete agreement between the parties regarding this Agreement with Lone Star Pavilion. No oral representations have been made outside this Release.
Attorneys' Fees: In any dispute under this Release, Event Center shall be entitled to recover all costs and reasonable attorneys' fees.
Event Center shall not be held liable for any lost, stolen, missing, or damaged property incurred by Renter or Renter's guests.
