About Our Outdoor Event Space for Rent
The Pavilion on Lone Star is a premier outdoor event venue serving the Broken Arrow and greater Tulsa area. The 11-acre property is thoughtfully designed to accommodate events of all sizes. Features include a covered pavilion that seats up to 400, a picturesque gazebo overlooking a tree-lined pond, which makes it ideal for outdoor weddings.
In addition to our convenient locale, we offer two bunkhouses for VIPs and organizers. While you’re waiting for your event to start, take advantage of our fully plumbed restrooms.
Particularly attractive to larger parties is our expansive space for covered event tents and mass seating arrangements.
Convenient to Broken Arrow and just 30 minutes from Tulsa, Coweta offers the peaceful charm of a country setting without sacrificing access to shopping, dining, and major travel routes. In addition, overnight accommodations are available on-site. While anticipating an early flight out of Tulsa International Airport, you can start your honeymoon in our cozy and romantic deluxe suite. For guests traveling by RV, hookups are also available, making The Pavilion on Lone Star a truly complete destination for any occasion.
Perfect for Horse Lovers!
Imagine making your horses part of your wedding ceremony and photos! The Pavilion on Lone Star sits on a working horse rescue, so we have an arena, round pen, and extra stalls where your horse(s) can rest while awaiting their big moment in the spotlight.
Dogs are also welcome, as long as they’re well socialized, and either kept on a leash or in a kennel when not under human control and supervision.

Start your honeymoon with us!
Our bridal suite and cowboy bunkhouse do double duty as a dressing and resting area for the bridal party, and overnight lodging for the newlyweds or travelers from afar.
Even though Broken Arrow and Tulsa are close to our outdoor wedding venue, it’s still nice to be able to kick off your heels (or boots) and cuddle up for the night.
Our bunkhouses are also great for guests who traveled from afar.
Outdoor Movies
Show off family photos and videos, or screen your favorite movie on our 24-foot inflatable screen. We provide the projector, screen, and sound system, and you provide the entertainment!
We also have smaller screens for business presentations or slide shows.

The 11-acre development at Lone Star Rd. and Oklahoma Highway 51 in Coweta exists with one overriding calling: to glorify God in all we do. We developed The Pavilion to give area residents a gathering place for weddings, reunions, education, entertainment, concerts, revivals, and any outdoor gathering you can imagine.

Every Event Helps Rescue Horses
Proceeds from all events at the Lone Star Pavilion benefit Swingin’ D Horse Rescue, a Coweta 501c3 that began saving horses from slaughter in 2017. Since then, more than 60 horses have been rescued from the slaughter pipeline and prepared for healthy, productive lives with responsible adopters.
That means, when you have your event at our venue, rescued Swingin’ D horses will serve as a backdrop in your photos, so you’ll forever be reminded of how you helped save the lives of creatures that deserve the Happily Ever After you’ll soon enjoy.
