On the edge of Coweta, OK and surrounded by verdant pasture dotted with trees, our pavilion and gazebo provide a picturesque setting for outdoor weddings, family reunions, corporate gatherings, and all varieties of outdoor events – all at prices you can afford.

Affordable Outdoor Venue Packages

The Pavilion on Lone Star offers a variety of packages at rates to fit any budget. Save money and do it yourself, or lay back, put your feet up and let us do the heavy lifting.

Don’t let finances stand in the way of your celebrations. The Lone Star Pavilion provides a lovely country setting for all types of get-togethers, at a location everyone can find.

Pavilion and Gazebo

The following packages include use of the grounds immediately surrounding the pavilion, gazebo and restrooms for rehearsal and the event. Chairs and tables, set-up or tear-down services may be reserved at additional cost.

Event tents may also be reserved at additional expense.

Pavilion, Gazebo and Green Room

The following packages include use of the grounds immediately surrounding the pavilion, gazebo, restrooms and the green room (bridal suite) for rehearsal and the event. Chairs and tables, set-up or tear-down services may be reserved at additional cost.

Events on federal holidays are charged at Saturday rates.

Spend the night in our bunkhouse for an additional $80 per day!

Ask us about special pricing during winter months. We also offer discounts for active duty military, honorably discharged or retired veterans, and first responders.

Please note: Reservations require 50 percent payment up front, plus a $500 cleaning deposit that will be refunded when the property is restored to its original condition.

The balance of your invoice is due within 45 days of your event.

Set-up service: $300 (setting up tables, chairs, and chiffon drapes)
Clean-up/break-down service: $500

Proceeds from all agreements go to
