The Pavilion on Lone Star features a 40×60 structure capable of accommodating weddings and receptions, concerts and dances, revivals, or clinics and other assemblies. Just outside the pavilion sits a 12×16 gazebo on the banks of a tree-lined country pond.
Our covered event venue was designed for outdoor weddings, with aesthetics, comfort and convenience in mind.
The Pavilion on Lone Star was also developed with horse and livestock owners in mind. For travelers with large animals, we offer a bunkhouse for you, and a barn, pasture, grain, hay, water, a riding arena, round pen and hot walker for your horse(s). You’re welcome to roam the property on horseback, and work your horse in your pajamas if you wish!
No more hunting for boarding facilities near your hotel! Sleep in peace knowing your horse is in good hands – your own. We also have a trainer and barn manager on site to watch your companion while you shop or go to dinner in quaint Coweta.
Dogs are also welcome with a deposit.
Within 30 minutes of the Tulsa fairgrounds, and a straight shot on the highway. Plenty of room to maneuver and park your trailer.
Our outdoor movie theater offers covered or uncovered seating. Lay your blankets in the grass, or set up seats under our pavilion – theater style. Run home movies or play your favorite TV shows or movies under the stars.
We can provide concessions or you can bring your own. We only ask that you clean up after yourself when then party’s over.
